Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the professional architectural services provided by Sree Sthapathya Architects, referred to as “the Architect”, to the client. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Conceptual and schematic design
• Design development
• Construction drawings and documentation
• 3D modeling/rendering
• Interior and landscape design consultation
• Coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.)
• Site visits and project supervision (if agreed upon)

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide clear requirements, budget, and project details
• Approve design phases in a timely manner
• Ensure access to the site (if applicable)
• Appoint necessary consultants not included in the Architect’s scope

4. Compensation

Fees may be charged as a fixed sum, percentage of construction cost, or hourly basis, as per the Agreement/Contract.

5. Changes and Additional Work

Revisions beyond the agreed scope or stage may incur additional charges. All change requests must be made in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Designs and drawings remain the intellectual property of the Architect. The Client is granted a limited license to use them solely for the specific project.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Architect is not liable for:

• Construction defects or contractor errors
• Delays caused by third parties
• Issues arising from unauthorized design modifications

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the Client will compensate the Architect for completed work and any justified expenses incurred up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, may proceed to mediation or arbitration as per [local laws or regulations].

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
