Initially when client approached us he mentioned about his background working as an industrialist and also an ex-mla of the locality. He has a lot of people gathering on site, which indeed he need a large gathering space with eligant and luxurious bungalow which surrounded by a beautiful landscape reflecting the grandier of a neo-classical style villa. We constructed the bungalow occupining around 9200 sft builtup area surrounded with a private garden for family gatherings and occations with gazibo/stage, amphitheatre surrounded with beautiful plantation reflecting the neo-classical style.

There is an another landscape portion which is for public gathering along with huge car parking space for guests and family people. The environment of the site aroung the bungalow has been designed with sculptural and foliage accents maintaining the theme.
